Dubai Creek Harbour, quarter by quarter

Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar's waterfront district on Dubai Creek, facing the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, between Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. It is built around three neighbourhoods: Creek Island, Creek Beach and Green Gate.

The places that define it

Schools, a Mediclinic hospital, four hotels (Vida Creek Beach, Vida Creek Harbour, Address Creek Harbour and Palace Dubai Creek Harbour), promenade restaurants and a planned Dubai Square retail district — all named by Emaar for the district.

Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary

A Ramsar-listed wetland across the water, home to more than 20,000 water birds and 201 species, flamingos among them (Emaar).

Emaar Properties metro station

A Dubai Metro Blue Line station, 74 metres tall and designed by SOM, is being built inside the district for 2029, linking to the Red and Green lines (Emaar).
